Dr. Cochran SUCKS!!! I completely agree with the person who said they didn’t even want to give her one star. She is the most uncaring, unprofessional person I’ve ever met. I would NEVER recommend anyone to her…it would be a complete waste of your time and your money. It should be against the law that she’s still allowed to practice. The only thing that she’s got going for her is that she has good people who work for her.

I had no choice but to choose a star... when in actuality, I would never choose one. Dr. Michelle Cochran has left me questioning if she is actually a Doctor AT ALL. I was told I was getting a consultation... (which according to their website is Free)... and after 2 minutes of condescension on a zoom call that she failed to show up for, I see that she has somehow taken 154.00 dollars from my account and billed United Healthcare for $500+ dollars for an an office visit and medical treatment THAT I NEVER HAD! She had access to my insurance card to see if they might cover TMS treatment. How she got into my bank account... Well, me and the manager at Regions Bank are still trying to figure that one out. I have all the documentation. And I am not letting people like this take advantage of mentally fragile people.

I always take negative reviews with a pause. While I might have waited sometimes for Dr. Cochran, she and her team of physicians are nothing but professional. I have had a billing problem one time and the billing staff fixed it with one email. I suspect there is more to these other reviews below.

This doctor and her team are fantastic.

Every time I had an appointment with Dr. Cochran, she ran at least 30 minutes behind schedule. This would throw my day off and made getting to work or class on time a huge challenge. On my last visit, I checked in and upon asking, the receptionist let me know she was running a little behind, so I told her I would have to reschedule then. I then received a bill for the full session. I called to explain that my time was also valuable and when I make an appointment, I expect it to be reasonably within that time frame, and it repeatedly pushed me out 30-45 minutes late for my other daily obligations. They refused to forgive the bill for the “missed session” and sent me a later relinquishing me from the practice. Super unprofessional and not a facility I would recommend
