Dr Kaplan is the most compassionate doctor I have been lucky enough to have found. She is excellent at what she does and puts you at ease immediately. She’s helped me tremendously……others have only tried.

Me and my wife saw Dr. Kaplan for years until we moved to North Carolina. After years of seeing doctors and being in the same condition we finally found help. Milana Kaplan was like family to us. She even knew my kids and we got to see her pet hedgehog. We really miss her and wish she could do telemedicine. Once you’ve found her you won’t want to see another doctor. We love and miss you Dr Kaplan!

Her office staff is very bad about handling paperwork. Office staff does not speak common English well you can say something to them and they give you a dumb look. If you call the office they will say we will call you back and they won't.

Dr. Kaplan really helped me at first and then a year went by where I didn't see her & when I called to make an appointment, I scheduled one with one of the staff members. The day before my scheduled appointment, I received a letter from Dr. Kaplan saying she is terminating her services with me. I called to talk to her but she has not returned my calls. I then spoke to a man from her office who told me I haven't returned any of the calls and I explained they must have me confused with someone else as I always did. Again, this happened the day before my scheduled appointment and it was very disappointing and upsetting to say the least. Dr. Kaplan never called me and this is the first and only time I have ever been treated this way. So upsetting.
