(1) Almost $500 for glaucoma drops script thanks to billing dept at UTMB (2) Castigated me for not returning 4x/yr at these prices(3) She did all the talking, but no counselling, education, no time for my questions, no prognostications, no empathy for my progressive blindness. (4)Not a good member of UTMB team as she is weak on of patient rapport.
