ADDRESS CORRECTION FROM WHAT POSTED: 2626 S Rainbow Blvd #100 Las Vegas NV 89146 Dr Phillips has been in the area over 25+ years. Love the fact he has onsite lab, radiology/ultra sound, and massage table for fixing the kinks. He listens and really works with the patient for their wellness.
