First time patient, and my experience with Dr. Bernsen was very comfortable and he had great bedside manner. Would highly recommend.

I took the time to write about this doctor as he deserves to be recommended so highly that I want to shout it out to the world. He took the time to listen to me about my stomach pains and explained that my IBS was a real disease and not just a made up symptom. He helped me get my life back and didn't just write me off as so many docs do when they cant find the cause of a disease.

Dr. Bernsen performed a procedure as an outpatient follow up to a recent hospitalization. Unfortunately, he relied on and quoted a diagnosis made by a hospitalist that was in error. Very disappointing and may have resulted in a less than thorough evaluation!

Dr has not spend time with patient. did not answer . want let me talk. he said same thing over and over. i will not racomand anyone

my experience at his office was so pleasant. His staff was great. I was freaked out having to have a colonoscopy but he made it so easy and the prep was no big deal. he explained it to me and he was correct and I was happy I did it. He found a polyp that could have become a cancer.

You never look forward to having a colonoscopy. But the experience with Dr. Bernsen and his staff was outstanding! Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Dr. Bernsen was very helpful, concerned and kind. His bedside manner was so very genuine and thoughtful. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and will know future appointments will be easier and less stressful because of how we were taken care of by Dr. Bernsen and his staff! Thank you so much.
