Arrogant. Staff has not been educated regarding what insurance they accept. We were told over the phone that they accept our insurance but when I arrived at the office with my 7 year old, they told us they do not accept it. She needed to be seen by a doctor, so I let Dr. Mitchell see her. It was a waste of time, he didn't offer any medical advice that was different from what her pulmonogist said. And we got a bill for $950!
