Quick visit, clean environment and made me feel comfortable and less anxious about treatment

i sat for 8 hours to see the dr. they watch you pee in a cup. this is hard to do with someone eyeballing you to watch you pee. their system is skewed for seeing patients. and they have a cop there to make you feel like a criminal for needing pain medication. they call in 5 patients at a time to do the urine drug tests, and then they send you back to the waiting room to wait up to 8 hours to see the dr. and yes they gave me pain medication after all that, and i made an appointment to see a different dr ASAP!! that was the worst ordeal of my life. and i feel sorry for the patients that go to that practice. what a nightmare for them to go through that every appointment. but what really makes me angry is a pain dr should know what 8 hours of sitting will do to a patient with a bad back. i wouldn't go back there if i was dead.
