The best doctor I have seen in over 30 year's.

I had originally planned for a VATs procedure, First I had to meet with a Thorasic surgeon, This was my first visit with Dr Mcafee. She discussed things clearly, definitively with straight forward language and assurance of what my best procedure should be. RObotic Lobectomy was discussed fully and in the end it was agreed upon. I went in to the OR with no hesitation, She performed the procedure just as she promised, she even went and looked at my other concerns of lung disease from her view and gave me a answer. It all went smooth. I do not know if i am lucky, or just her abilities, probably both but i underwent a surgery that should have had a 6 week recouperation to get back to some form of normalacy but, the surgery was done on a Monday, i was released on thursday and I was able to return to work on Friday (a desk job with no exertion) I think it was her experience that made the procedure go the best with the least pain. AS I have said to you before Dr Molly, Thanks for… being the one to do my surgery, I love your my surgeon, and I will return to you if I ever need anything. Matt D Harsh 06-01-2019

I had a bi-lobectomy and the scar is thin and no pain after a few weeks. She was great at follow up. even kept up with me years later

Very thorough very sweet and caring! My mom had lung cancer and Molly did her best by removing the lobes of her lung as she would have done to one of her family members! Very happy with her!!

Dr. McAfee performed 3 procedures on my mother and each time the surgery was completed, she never came out to visit the family and review the operation with us. When questioning her about this, the first time she told us that she was told that there were no family members in the waiting room. The waiting room clerk denied this. The second time she indicated that she had an emergency surgery scheduled and couldn't follow up. The final time, we found her leaving the building. When we flagged her down and asked how things went, she said she did the best she could and kept on walking. All three times we had to find out whether my mom was in recovery or in her hospital roon. Very poor compassion and communication.

She is rude, and her behavior is almost manic/bipolar.

It's been 6 years since i've had a Endosopic Thoracic Sympathectomy for Hyperhydrosis and I couldn't be any happier with the results. Dr. McAfee had a positive upbeat attitude and made me feel very comfortable with having this surgery. Thanks a million Dr. McAfee!Sincerely,Sweat free patient
