Dr. Zaher was very capable in helping me understand my skin issues and the treatment plan that she thought best. I left her office feeling like I understood the choices I needed to make and felt confident about our next steps. I wish more of my healthcare experiences were like this!

I went to Dr. Zaher after going to another doctor with no help. She was very prompt, courteous, compassionate and thorough, she not only discussed with me my problem but went with me over all my body, discussing how I can improve certain issues that I have with my hair, nails and mouth. No other dermatologist did that to me before. My problem was fixed exactly as she stated; Iâ??m very happy with her bed side manners, and results and accuracy in pin pointing the problem. Iâ??ll definitely recommend her to others!

I had bad experience with this doctor. First, she misdiagnose my skin condition. I asked her why I had suddenly rash in my skin . she said "I don't Know"!!!!!!!!. Even she does not understand my skin rash , she prescribed me a drug for $ 800 . I do not advice to go to this doctor.

Dr. Zaher is a VERY thorough and efficient doctor. I was very pleased with her treatment plan regarding my skin condition. She took her time to ask me questions, examine me, and explained her treatment plan to me very well. She also was patient with me and all the questions I asked. I highly recommend her for dermatology issues.

Dr. Zaher was extremely thorough. I've had laser procedures done at other clinics, but never with such care and attention to details as well as educating me as to what risks are involved, etc. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Mona Zafer but was put on hold forever. When I called the receptionst did not even mention the business...just a hello... very unprofessional.

Can you imagine being called less than hour before an appointment to be CANCELLED ! I dare you to call & Cancel under THEIR policy! That's what you get under a MOTHER whom is MANAGING Under a REAL ESTATE License!

the treatment prescribed and the diagnosis itself is very satisfactory but administrative errors have occurred. an appointment was re-scheduled and then somehow the clinic had no knowledge of any such occurrence; that left a bitter final assessment
