Dr. Monica Claire Gilbert, MD

Dr. Gilbert is a very knowledgeable physician. You can tell that she cares about her patients and makes sure that she sits and spends time with you during the visit. I have never once felt rushed during a visit and honestly her promptness may have saved my son's life when he got sick with RSV. Dr. Gilbert personally called me to check on my child while he was in the hospital. I am so thankful to have her as my pediatrician.

Very disappointed with Dr. Gilbert....when you call a dr. With an issue for your child (that is ongoing) and they call you in an antibiotic after saying it is against company policy, then WE get punished ??? Then you receive a letter that the relationship is terminated due to non-compliance of company policy????? Wow!!! How pathetic is that???? This is the same Dr. That diagnosed my son with bug bites on his shoulder blade and it was actually shingles....if diagnosed properly the first time he could have received an anti viral to lessen the severity.....he now has permanent scars. After receiving the letter I called her and she wouldn't get on the phone, instead she sets her nurse up to call me......how immature is that??? I would NOT recommend this office.

Dr. Gilbert is one of the most caring, competent pediatricians I've taken my daughter to. She correctly diagnosed a condition that 2 other doctors were unable to detect. I have recommended her to all my friends. I found the entire staff to be courteous and caring. Great experience!

Terrible experience. I don't know which is worse, the egos of the office staff or the incompetence of the doctor.
