The eye exam itself was fairly routine. The wait time to see the doctor was longer than I would have liked with the appointment starting approximately 40 minutes after its scheduled time. Monica Lorenzo prescribed me a medication for my eyes and provided me with a small sample of the prescription medicine, which I took the following day. I suffered from an adverse reaction to the drug and called the office and left a voicemail. 24 hours later, no one had returned my call. I called and emailed the office for a few more days before finally getting an assistant who told me she would convey the message to Monica Lorenzo and stated Monica Lorenzo would get back to me promptly. Although, I continued to follow up to ask if the adverse reaction required another exam, whether another substitute drug would be possible, and whether I was in any danger from the adverse reaction, Monica Lorenzo never returned my calls or emails. After three + weeks of repeatedly calling the office, the staff… apologized for Monica Lorenzo's failure to reply or follow up with patient care and suggested I go to the ER. This is an appalling lack of follow through and a failure of patient care.

you can literally call 4 or 5 times, leave VMs and no one calls you back. Then when you try again, the 6th time, and are lucky enough to win the lottery and get thru, the main receptionist is nasty and rude,
