All staff are friendly and helpful. They make sure future appointments are made and fit my schedule. Since I don't know if there will be another place. . Please have Providence buy and run the hospital in Aberdeen

Provider is fine, good......no problems, the phone system they use is about as user UNFRIENDLY as they come,. I'm 72, have used a lot of phone system, this is the worst EVER....find a way to simply it.....Seniors do not like a menu with 5 choices each........Geeze, like Navigating a maze !!! TERRIBLE !!

The staff are always kind, personable and helpful. I have very little wait time during my visit. Staff always escort me to reception and they promptly have my appointment card for my next visit. Dr Semien is easy to talk to and I feel confident in her care. I will miss Dr Semien and hope she returns to us after her much needed break.
