He's probably a good surgeon, but patient care was sadly lacking. Also I got the wrong glasses prescription from his office staff not once, but twice. After the glowing reviews, I was quite disappointed.

I've been a patient of Dr. Parker for the past 10 years. Tonight I injured my eye about 6 pm, was afraid to go to the emergency so I thought I'd leave a message at his office. Fortunately for me he was on call and still at St. Thomas. He was getting ready to leave when I called about 6:30 pm to go to a function at his sons school but said to come on into the office and he would check my eye. Took about 40 minutes to get there I was so thankful he waited for me! That's a dedicated Dr!! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Parker I think he's the best!!

Dr Parker is a complete professional. At no time did I feel rushed, he answered all my questions clearly and openly. He explained what was going on with my eyes and what I could expect to occur in the coming years. The staff were extremely professional and friendly at all time.
