Dr. Hansom provides the best in colon screening and endoscopy by his clear preparation with necessary detail, options and goal.s. The day of procedures goes smoothly, all prepared and in place. The DePaul staff is supportive, available when needed. The Follow up visit gave clear answers to my questions as well as short and long term scheduling. Considering the performance of another DePaul surgery as well as that of Dr. Hanson, I think DePaul has set a standard of excellence for St. Louis County which will continue for many people in need of help.

Dr. Hanson is a great doctor and has a wonderful bed side manner. He is very personable and the compassion he extends to his patients helped me feel less stressed about the situation I was dealing with. His ability and connection with his patients is apparent as it's so difficult to get in to see him when you may have an immediate need. But that is par for the course! Keep up the good work Dr. Hanson...I'll wait to see you!

Dr. Hanson has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time needed to help his patients feel comfortable with what is typically an uncomfortable situation.

Dr. Hansen did my colon cancer surgery 17 years ago. I just had a colonoscopy and the Dr said this was the best surgery he has ever seen. He also said the Drs today could not have done this good a job. Dr Hansen was wonderful. My cancer had already spred to the lymp nodes and I am sure that I owe my life to him!

Worst experience I've ever had going to a doctor. I had to wait 2+ hours to see the doctor for an appointment I made 2 weeks in advanced.

I highly recommend this doctor to others. Such a nice guy...takes his time, listens.. very impressed with his expertise as well as his bedside manner.

Dr. Hanson performed my surgery about 12 years ago. He and his staff were my guardian angels sent by God. Before my surgery, he came into my room and explained the procedure and made sure we understood what was going to take place and made ME feel comfortable. I would refer him to anyone who needs surgery. He is a great doctor who cares abouthis patients. Since my surgery, I have had one flare up with the Crohns Disease. Thank you again Dr. Hanson!!!!!!
