My APPT was for 2:30 and i have yet to be seen. It’s 4:30. I’ve never waited this long to see a DR. And to top it all of, when i mentioned to the front desk about how long I’d been waiting, she said a 1.5 hour wait is “normal”. The Dr wants to overbook so he can squeeze more patients in and soak up more insurance money. What a piece of garbage.

Dr. Patel takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly and answer all my questions. He spends as much time as the patient needs and gives each one his undivided attention. Yes, this means a long wait in his waiting room, but it's well worth it.

I waited over 2 hours in a very bad lobby with seats with poor padding. When I asked why the wait was so long, I was informed that the Doctor just left the office to go to the hospital to do a procedure and would be back within 1 hour or longer!!! This doctor is all about money and not patients who made appointment over 1 month and waited over 2 hours and he just leaves...….this is wrong!!!

He is a very caring doctor. Takes his time and listens. The staff on the other hand are without personality. Explaining what they are doing and perhaps giving you a cover when people keep opening the door would be nice. The ultrasound tech is the only one with decorum.

Thank you for caring, bedside manner is A+ rating, so well respected and knowledge of expertise is beyond words. If you have the privilege of him helping save and improve your life or the life of someone you know and/or love, then you are blessed.

A disappointing 2 month wait to get my appointment only to spend 3+ hours in a filthy overbooked waiting room. Staff should tell patients that it could be an extremely long wait. I was definitely not prepared to spend my only day off from work this way.

Dr. Patel is one of the most compassionate, caring and attentive physicians I have ever seen--and I have seen a lot. His office is always very busy, but the staff works very hard to get people in to see him as quickly as possible. I don't mind the wait, because once you are in the room with him, all of his attention and concern is focused on you, as a patient, and he takes as much time as he needs to assess your situation and medical concerns. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they make it as easy as possible to get prescriptions filled/refilled. Always a pleasure to see him, and always look forward to my office visits.

Very compassionate dr .

Dr Patel has been my physician for over 20 years . He is a physician who truly cares about his patients. When I was in the hospital, it was normal for him to arrive late in the evening to check on me and my condition. He always went the extra mile to ensure he was doing everything possible for me and my recovery.

I went in and watched then call people ahead of me with later appointments that were there for the same thing i was there an hour and a half
