Dr. refused to see me because I didn't have my insurance card in my hand. (We had just ordered new ones) Not only did LMT Rehab Associates have ALL of my pertinent info, but Beaumont also. I was in horrible pain, and had to jump through hoops just to get an appointment. The office staff was also snotty, and treated me like I was some sort of scammer trying to score a free appointment. Save yourself some grief, go elsewhere!

I've been suffering with chronic neck/back pain for 3 years and been "referred", rather bounced from doctor to doctor as no one could figure out the exact problem. Dr. LaBan immediately assessed, analyzed my symptoms, and diagnosed ACCURATELY my problem, all while talking and listening to me, the patient, not considering "the norm" or treating technology, like many physicians today. As a RN, I appreciated the fact that he discussed he assessments AS he was performing them...he didn't act as if he was smarter or better, he included & educated me (the patient) and my family. I don't often bring up my RN experience, as I prefer to see how a clinician treats me as a typical patient. Dr. LaBan treated me as an equal and es--prior to knowing I was an RN with a masters.Time-wise, though I did have to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time, I appreciated it that he did not rush AT ALL with me, and ensured he took his time as my case was not an easy one, and I felt secure that he wasn't just about getting through patients, he cared about helping me get better.Overall, great great physician!

I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM DR. LABAN AND HIS STAFF. HIS MIND AND BODY TREATMENT HAS HELPED ME THROUGH A DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL TIME. AT THE AGE OF 66, I WAS READY TO GIVE UP BUT DR. LABAN HAS GUIDED ME OUT OF HOPELESSNESS AND INTO MAKING PLANS FOR A BETTER FUTURE.
