Dr. Nadeem Ikhlaque, MD

My 1st and last visit with Dr Ichlaque! He was in and out in 4 mins! Shamed me for smoking! He did not want to take the time to even hear any questions or concerns of mine! Im the patient! My advice, if you smoke or have a history of COPD, NOT YOUR DOCTOR!

This Doctor is a sent from up above in 2006 -2007 he was my Doctor @ O.V.M.C. in Wheeling W.va. i was Battling Lymphoma, he had a plan for my Treatment, & set forth W/ it. in 2008 he Left the Ohio Valley Went there to Indiana i hope you all who has had him for there Oncologist, Should know this is a very Special kind of Doctor he Cares & concerned About all his Patients Like Family he has told me this so often.. There is only 1 Doctor Ikhlaque he is 1 of a kind .

I first met Dr. Ikhlaque six days after I was diagnosed with lung cancer. From the second he introduced himself I felt a calm for the first time since being diagnosed. His warmth and kindness were the first qualities that I noticed. Then as he explained what my treatment would be and the details, I was also impressed with his knowledge, his logic and his professionalism. He answered my questions patiently. He made me feel hopeful and ready to fight this! And then he asked me if we could pray together. That was so huge. He gave the most beautiful prayer I have ever heard, It was sincere and it made me feel very lucky that this amazing man was my doctor. My other visits have deepened my respect for him. I trust him literally with my life!

Superb Doctor and individual. Very knowledgeable and a very caring Doctor. Can't say enough about this man, always listens, always concerned towards my care with fighting lung cancer. Great staff to work with in the Oncology Dept. I am so pleased that he is in charge of my condition.

One of the best doctors I've ever had. He is always there when you need him and answers all your questions. He even addressed my familys concerns. I wish all doctors had his bedside manner.

I ended up with Dr. Ikhlaque after Dr. Cooper "left" her practice. I stayed with him for a year and in that year he just continued what Dr. Cooper started. Never made any changes in my dose of chemo unless I asked for it. I had been feeling poorly for several months and finally asked asked for additional blood test and it showed that I was iron deficienct. He did not appear to take a real interest in me, and I feel it was because he "inherited" me from another doctor. I am a nurse myself and too many times I see this happen to patients. I learned my lesson and one needs to take control of your medical condition and be your own advocate and if you don't like your doctor, find a new one. I did and now I am on the road to recovery.

Dr. Ikhlaque was my husband's oncologist when he practiced in Wheeling, WV, in 2006-2011. Dr. Ikhlaque was tremendous! He was always very compassionate to both my husband and me and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. When he left the Wheeling area, we felt like we had lost not only this dedicated doctor but a friend. I cannot speak highly enough of this dedicated professional!

My daughter has had multiple visits to this doctor. We really like him.

I have been with Dr. Ikhlaque for one and one-half years. He has always been up front with me, but extremely willing to work with me allowing me to be active in my treatment. He is an exceptional doctor with a love for his patients that shows in all he does. His office staff is also exceptional.
