Dr. Nader Said Warra, DO

The front office staff is lazy and incompetent. I stood in front of a staff member while in the office waiting to making a follow up appt. and she flat out ignored me for over 10 minutes (NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE AND THE PHONE WAS NOT RINGING - I’m guessing because they turn their phones off.) Also, they never answer their phone (see above why!). If they happen to answer their phone, they will incorrectly tell you/lie to you that they do not have your test results. My own family member works for the hospital that did my tests and can see that my results are in the system. They also told me Dr. Warra would call me back on a specific day, and he has yet to do so. I am assuming the note never got to him. Dr. Warra is great, but his front office staff ruins both his and his offices reputation.

FAILURE TO DIAGNOSE CUT AND DRIED CASE - "JUST ANXIETY"

If you want to wait 10 - 15 minutes EVERY time I call to schedule an appointment this is the place to go. Issue TWO the office staff is on edge of being rude.

I have been a patient of Dr Warra for many years, and he is such a caring and kind Doctor. He takes time and really listens to his patients, he never makes me feel rushed. Dr. Warra is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly! He treats the whole patient, both neurological and emotional well being, as each can impact the other. I have several friends and relatives who also see Dr Warra, and all of us think very highly of him!

Dr Warra is a great neurologist.

I have had this disease for 20 years and he is the best dr. I have had in a long time. I have MS and he is great with treatment options. I was struggling to deal with the symptoms of MS and he fixed most of my discomfort with one pill. I could not be happier!!!!!! I feel a lot better.
