Was sent to this doctor to get colonoscopy with ultrasound and biopsy 1. Took 10 weeks to reach the office and schedule appointments. Could not reach nurse who was making app, nobody returned my msgs. 2. Doctor did not show up after procedure. Nurses gave un-explanatory hard copy of procedure summary 3. Took 3 weeks to get letter with results 4. Doctor never followed up after procedure. Called to office, was sent to voice Nobody called back 5. Biopsy was not done properly (doc never did go to the core of lesion). 6. Received hard copy with results in 3 weeks from med records office. Doc or nurse never called 7. Impossible to schedule follow up app 8. Have to go to see different doc to explain my next step. Was told to reaped procedure with different facility and have full biopsy. My insurance was billed up to 10,000 for simple colonoscopy with biopsy, like a surgery.
