I took my mom to see Dr. Chotai, after her insurance changed. There was a long wait of about 3 weeks for a new patient to be seen. The staff was very courteous & helped us with all the paperwork. My mom has a very complicated medical history with lot of issues that were handled very promptly & professionally by the doctor. She was very thorough & we felt very comfortable with her.
