The doctor has made me wait for more than 3-4 hours in a few occasions! She talks about totally unrelated medical items. Which is very aggravating especially when you are sick and just want to get medication and get back home. Plus prescribes meds and then will just totally drop you. She's not very professional at all!!!

She's a doctor who listens & gets to the bottom of things, however, insurance companies do their best to inhibit this which is probably why the wait is so long.

Ordered blood test. Results were not given to patient. Critical results were given to patient by a specialist (whom was requested by patient for services) Thank God kept appointment with specialist to find these results out. She was notified of her neglect. Never acknowledge her error in this matter only justified her actions with still no action to caring for patient as a result she dismissed patient to never service patient and as patient is still in a critical situation and left stranded to find another primary care physician. Have waited over 2 1/2 hours for appointment. Same appointment above.
