Dr. Nancy Harper Collins, MD

Please do not see Nancy Collins. She has no bedside manner, She's very curt and she's very rude and very quick to try to get out of a room. Her residence is fantastic. Sweet very thorough, listens, doesn't rush you and shows empathy. Dr Collins only came into the room I believe because The resident felt I may need some imaging due to the reason I was there. Dr Collins was not even in the room for 5 minutes before she became very dismissive, unwilling to listen and is very condescending and talks down to you. I've read lots of reviews where first time parents came to her and I feel really bad for first time mothers that come to her. Dr Lineback is awesome I would highly suggest seeing him if you have the time to wait as he does have long waits for appointments but he's worth it. He delivered both of my children and I'm very sad that I cannot continue seeing him due to the fact I had a medical emergency and had to see Nancy Collins.. The provider I work with wanted me to get an… ultrasound due to the fact I was having extreme abdominal and pelvic pain. I do suffer from fibroid tumors. I went to see Nancy and was treated as if I had nothing wrong, She made me feel like an idiot, Told me she felt absolutely nothing during the palpating of my abdomen and due to that she refused to do an ultrasound stating it would show her nothing. Yes those were her exact words, it will show me nothing since you're complaining of abdominal pain. I said Well I have vaginal pain also but still she refused to do the ultrasound. I had to leave go back to my provider which was able to get me in somewhere else that same day for an x-ray and an ultrasound. Come to find out I do have something wrong with me I have a couple of loops in my bowel That was causing the pain in my abdomen and my pelvic region.. And luckily I was able to start getting treatment for it right away whereas Nancy had asked me to wait an entire month to come back to see her and didn't even offer me anything for pain or anything.. very shoddy work Nancy! They told me I could have ended up in the ER had this not been addressed quicker. I understand doctors disagree with one another and their diagnoses but when you come into a room and do absolutely nothing but mash on someone's abdomen and then pretty much tell them to go home that they're fine... That in my opinion is doing nothing.. And I could have ended up at the ER.

Love her! She is honest and to the point which in my opinion is exactly is what I needed when I was my own worst enemy. She answered any and all questions even when I didn’t like the answer. Delivered my healthy baby boy in Feb 2020 and Dr. Collins will always be known to my family as “the beast.” So my best advice if you want a doctor who sugar coats and caters to you’re every whining whim she is not the doctor for you. Haven’t had any problems with any of the other nurses or doctors till now. Dr Collins was very blunt and treated my wife very rudely. My wife started crying because she’s more sensitive since she’s pregnant and collins was getting frustrated with her instead of being understanding and was also rough during her examination. It’s bothered my wife so much that she’s praying that Collins won’t be the one to deliver her baby

Excellent service from dr collins and her staff. She is really nice and very professional. Dr collins is very caring and i would recommend her to senior women.

Just went for my first appointment yesterday. Office was very clean and staff was nice and friendly. Dr. Collins herself was not the most pleasant had a terrible beside manner. If I asked her a question she acted as though I was bothering her. I will be asking for a different doctor next time..

Dr N Collins .Easy access to office. Office staff friendly and helpful. Dr Collins easy to communicate with. Answered questions. Did not feel rushed. Very knowledgeable. Very kind

Dr. Collins was rude and had no bedside manner. I'm not looking for a friend when I go for a checkup but I don't want to be questioned to the point of tears. Dr. Collins questioned me even when I made it clear I wasn't able to answer all of her questions completely. She decided we couldn't do the yearly exam due to a yeast infection, and treated me so badly I left shaking I was so mad and upset. The office was filthy. I took my dog to the vet that afternoon and it was cleaner than Conway Ob Gyn. I will never go back and I will not only not recommend this practice, I will deter anyone I know from ever going there. What a waste of a day going to this practice for help.

Dr. Collins is wonderful very good doctor.. Her nurse is also very pleasant... the front office well I agree with everybody else...very rude and not very knowledgeable unfortunately they will destroy this practice eventually
