I would have given a 0 ! When I first started going to her I thought she was great but now there is not a care in the world about my issues that are going on with me! Last time I went I had a severe problem and she said she could see that but her and her staff just passed it off and kept passing it off after I kept messaging them. Now I have another issue going on with what happens at my age and I get absolutely NOTHING but passed off to someone else and told me that basically there is nothing she can do ! I am done with her and just Beware!

I love Dr. Osburne. She's hilarious and super easy to talk to.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with Dr. Osburn was poor. The clinic itself and most of the staff are wonderful, but in each interaction with Dr. Osburn (specifically my most recent appointment), she has been cavalier with my concerns, abrupt and condescending with answers, and has rushed through my appointments. I expressed nervousness about a pelvic exam that she was about to perform and her response was to disregard my current state of mind and comment on how I'd probably need an epidural during labor if just this was too hard for me. It was so jarring and dismissive because her response to my immediate anxiety was to ignore my comment and recommend pain management for the future (something we weren't even talking about).

Can't imagine a better care giver than Dr Osburn

Dr Osburn is the best of the best! I lived all the US and she is by far the best doctor I've had out of all specialties!!

I had "life-stuff" going on that I totally unloaded on Dr Osburn. She listened and cared and made me feel so seen and heard. She is an incredible human and an incredible Dr.

I am long time patient and will be changing providers before my next well women checkup. When I first started with her over 15 years ago she was a great doctor - she actively listened, answered all my questions, and was capable of meaningful engagement. She was a gem. But for the past several years she has completely failed me as a provider. She does not listen to my concerns, is snarky and rude, does not follow up on communications or test results, and generally seems completely disinterested. When she does communicate with me it is vague and dismissive. I feel disrespected as a patient and will look elsewhere for care.
