She seems to always diagnose every time and other doctors there did not. I seem to other doctors there as just another number. Dr. Owens cares about each patient. Highly Recommended!!!

Very knowledgable, wonderful bedside manner, prevention focussed, including promoting abstinence, very approachable. My daughter saw her from age 8 to 18. I highly recommend her.

She was very kind and very knowledgeable. I'm a nurse so I am very critical. I am disappointed in a lot of doctors. I was happy with her.
