Dr. Narendra Kumar Khare, MD

Dr. Khare knows his medicine but has virtually no bedside manner. He spoke to me as though I was bothering him with my questions and concerns. And then, after his office made an outright mistake in my case, he tried to blame me for their actions. I will not be using his services again.

He did my surgery, put in a stent and left me completely infected. When I started feeling extreme pain we paged him 6 times, he never replied. I ended up in the ER where I some medication and told to contact my surgeon as he still could not be reached. Two days later I was still worse, we again contacted dr. Khare by page. He called back 4 hours later after 6 pages and said "why are you calling what do you want me to do about this" I was then hospitalized for a week still due to the infection he left to me. No wonder he had to stop practicing in Missuri

Dr. Khare failed to complete my surgery and failed to inform me about it. I found out by ending up in the Emergency Room that my surgery was not complete and worse that I developed complications due to lack of proper care. A vet in the animal hospital would do a better job.

Very professional. Operated on me and did a great job.

Had a kidney stone removed and a stint, which was supposed to be removed by Dr. Khare, who is a collegue of the doctor who did my surgery. I went to my appointment, filled out a bunch of paperwork and waited for my name to be called. Was asked to give a urine specimine, which I did. Waited a little longer, and the nurse told me that since Dr. Khare didn't put in the stint, he wasn't "comfortable" taking it out. We had driven 20 miles to this appointment, and this stint is very uncomfortable. My regular doctor is on vacation, and I was aware of that prior to the surgery. Dr. Khare did not even speak to me. I was told if I had any big problems to go to the emergency room, or I could wait for three weeks until my doctor returns. I still have the stint, still very uncomfortable, etc. I could go to the ER and if Dr. Khare was on call there, I guess I'd be sent back home again. If he can't do a procedure as simple as I told this one was, I would not want to have him do any… procedure on me. I will go back to the group, because my doctor there is fantastic.
