I have always hated going to the dermatologist. But Dr. Filapof makes the experience much easier. Or at least as easy as it can be

Exceptional all around experience. I was treated like a real human and not a number! I had to wait a bit for my appointment, but the doctor was doing her job, triage. A person that needed to be seen was taken care of first.

So disappointed in this doctor, I have heard only good things about her until....i finally went to see her. I have moderate to serve psoriasis and she REFUSED to treat me because of my age (18 years old) I have tried everything creams and ointments, light therapy, she referred me to doctors that didn't even accept my insurance, so I called her back to see if I could speak with her over the phone and once again she refused. why be a doctor if you cant do your job???

Dr. Filipof is the Dr. that all others will be rated against. She is an excellent physician and has always taken the time to explain everything to both me and my family. She comes with my highest recommendations!

I saw her gossiping about a patient saying how disgusting she was and calling her a psycho the i saw the patient come out and it was a girl about 19 clearly just nervous and the doctor smiled in her face the right as she left talked about her personal medical condition in front of everyone including me. Disgusting!!! She is disgusting!!! Her staff just encouraged it and continued on about the girl even when the doctor walked away!!! Violated every HIPAA law and her staff does not even properly clean after a patient.
