Was told I had to reschedule for being 15 minutes late, they also told me they were behind, not my problem, I live an hour and a half away

Dr. Natalie was very thorough with my hair analysis, she prescribed some medicine, and believe me, it worked! I had doubts, lets just tell the truth, however, when I look back, she told me point blank, give it 6 months. And viola! I have hair! Highly recommended for African American hair loss, highly recommended!

Dr. Daniels bedside manner is atrocious. She gives an air of being in a hurry and not carrying about the patient at hand. Wanted to get a procedure done. Her office was the only one in Louisville with the laser to treat. I went all the way to Cincinnati to avoid dealing with her and the staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Daniels for six years. I have followed her from working in an office with other dermatologists to her own beautiful office in Springhurst. She has flattened a very thick, raised, and dark keloid on my chest. She has cleared the acne up on my face. She gives the best medical advice and her staff love what they do. I have used her cosmetically and she is amazing. She is skilled, experienced, and genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr. Daniels came highly recommended by a friend and she lived up to the billing. She accurately diagnosed/treated my brother and my teenage daughter who received laser treatments to reduce appearance of her facial scar. My daughter's confidence dramatically increased due to her improved appearance. Excellent doctor with excellent bedside manners.
