Dr. Nathalie Anne Koenig, DO

Upon my first visit with Dr. Koenig I didn't find that she was exactly welcoming. However after a few minutes it seemed she warmed up a bit. However on another occasion while receiving testing in her office I requested to speak with her in reference to my current illness and other things I now believed to be related. Although Im sure she was busy seeing other patients, she did find time to converse with an instructor of whom I noticed proctoring a class. It seems she was too busy to speak with me, and I was turned away after waiting 20 minutes. Other reviews may indicate shes a good doctor, and maybe so. However I would like a doctor of whom is caring and at least makes attempts at fulfilling patient requests. I don't intend to return to the practice.

Years ago after suffering separated ligaments in my ankle, Dr. Koenig correctly diagnosed a pulmonary embolism in my lung before my owner doctors did. It was due to her that I am alive today. She is caring, compassionate and the consummate professional. Anyone fortunate enough to be her patient is in the best of care.

Very confusing in communicating with clarity between office staff, Doctor and patient. Was told several time no copay while on the phone only to show up for my appointment and needed to pay for what was covered. I made an appointment for a examination, and was asked how are you doing? Thinking it's common courtesy to ask a patient how are you, but its not. It's a way used to reschedule you in order to bill your insurance company and delay or waste your time. I was traveling to South Africa and scheduled with this office and was told that I could get my examinations in time. Not so just excuses and more delays. Her office made several errors I tried to work with them on many occasion concerning a promise made to retest. And it was not honored. The Office told me that they would retest at their expense. This Dr. Koeing promised openly through her staff. Once I returned I was told that they would recharge for the exam at my and the new insurance company. Very disappointing… and I had hopes of a great doctor patient relationship as a female. Maybe others will have a more enjoyable appointment.

The wait time for this dr. is ridiculous. . I wait over an hour and a half each time. It's time to find a new dr.

She is very caring of your needs and she is very good to all of her patients, her office staff is very nice and they work efficiently to get things done in a timely manner, very well organized practice, you'll see me here again

Don't look any further, She is the Best. Considerate, loving and respectful to her patient needs. When a professor at a major university remember his student above others you know she is knowledgeable . Her staff also is Great people.
