Love Dr. Barnes and his no nonsense attitude. BUT, getting office staff to answer the phone, or answer questions, or help with prescription refills, or return calls is an absolute nightmare. I will probably change doctors because of his staff.

While Dr. Barnes is a good doctor his office staff is the worst I have ever encountered. It is nearly impossible to get someone - anyone at all on the phone and once you do they're confused. This staff needs to be fired.

Horrible experience. Pain way too long after opp. They force appointment changes on the day of the appointment and they left me in the room until my original appointment time.

The Houston Urology Assoc. kept my refund of $250 for 7 years without notifying me of my credit balance!! They should pay me interest. Also, the bladder sling installed 7 years has already fallen out of place, so more surgery!! I feel ripped off!!
