RUDE OFFICE STAFFINSENSITIVE & IRRESPONSIBLEMy wife was a patient of Dr Munmeh, and my wife was suffering from beathing problem and couldnt breath. I called thematleast 5 times and finally one rude office staff picked up the phone and she gave an appointment to see the doctor after 5 days, and I expalined this was an emergency and my wife needed to see the doctor that day, but the staff kept repeating the same thing over and over again.The staff there work like robots with no brain,sensitivity or emotion. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AND STAFF. Luckily, we got hold of another doctor who understood the problem and gave the needed prescription on the same day.

Doctor's Response

The patient had not been seen in the office in 2-3 years and called for a refill for an inhaler. She needed to be assessed for proper care to see if that inhaler was the correct treatment for her condition, after such a long absence. She was offered a next day appointment that she refused as it was not convenient for her. She was then given an appointment that was convenient to her, the first available was in 5 days.
