Don't think I've ever had an appointment with a doctor who seemed to be more in his own little world every time I was in for an appointment. Could not get him to discuss recommendations or information I had read. I was impressed with credentials, but became less impressed after each visit and ultimately changed doctors when there was no response to an inquiry after several weeks.
