Dr Duncan is an excellent doctor. My son at the age of 8 was referred to him by a friend. He is very compassionate and very knowledgeable. He went beyond what was expected of him to ensure excellent care of my son. I highly recommend him.

I cannot find a single thing about our evaluation appt. that went well. Dr. Duncan was unsympathetic and I was aware after the initial 3 minutes that he was not taking my 18 month old daughter serious. We were there for a eval. for tonsillectomy. But because her tonsils/adenoids weren't completely closing her airway, Dr. Duncan said she did not need surgery. Instead, he put a scope down her nose into her throat, only to tell me the same thing and then charge us for the procedure. Did I mention the procedure was a little over a hundred dollars (after insurance)? Also, we had to fork out the money for this "procedure" before leaving the office?!! Dr. Duncan looked at my babies patient history, noted she was born with reflux, and decided he would treat her for reflux again...Instead of addressing the ACTUAL problem ...an airway obstruction! My daughter had been off reflux meds for 6 months and was doing well off of them. There is no way i will put her on Prevacid for the slightest… indication of reflux. (Which is what Duncan said she had.His words were "mild irritation". I'm no doctor, but the videoscopy of her throat DID NOT appear irritated to me. Mothers, do not let some doctor tell you your child isn't suffering if you KNOW they clearly are!!! Doctors don't know everything, even though Dr. Duncan tried to come across that way. I would NOT recommend him! He has sooooo many patients that he could care less about losing one or two. I felt like just another DOLLAR SIGN. I will never see him again or tell anyone else to see him. Dr. Duncan was a waste of time when my toddler needed to be treated. Not to mention, they overcharge you. I received the E.O.B. from my insurance a few weeks later and noticed I was overcharged. I had to leave several messages before getting a call back from their billing coordinator. another headache and waste of my time!!! i respect the affiliation with Texas Childrens, but Never again!!!! These people are all money hungry jerks!

My 2.5 year old daugther has been suffering from snoring and reoccuring sinus infections. Finally we were referred to Dr. Duncan for treatment. He is by far one of the best Dr.s we've had. Very knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain treatments and answer questions. He is a great Dr.

Dr. Duncan is by far the best doctor my husband and I have ever come across. His care for our daughter (2 yrs. at the time)was amazing. His diagnosis, surgery, and follow-up have changed our lives for the better. He is the most caring, gentle doctor we've met. It is obvious his work is a calling. He is wonderful with children and very professional. If you need an ENT, he is the best!
