Malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. ZERO follow up care. Two weeks post opp amputation he kept canceling appoints. Even after a visit to the ER where the ER doctors advised he needed to follow up with the surgeon THE NEXT DAY Dr. Bayat’s office would not schedule an emergency visit regardless that the DR. said to call and schedule an appt for the next day. After that he still canceled the appointments for THREE WEEKS! Finally found a surgeon in Edinburg to see me and I have a raging infection and rotting flesh. The skin graft was too large and died almost immediately. The new surgeon, after removing the HUGE scap, squeezed out tremendous amounts of puss. I may lose my entire thumb now.

Please do NOT go to this man (can't call him a doctor) if you have a choice. I was in the ER in Mcallen and had no choice. Traveled to Harlingen for follow ups. Terrible individual, did not seem to care much about me as a patient. Wired my jaw shut. Didn't give me ANY care instructions wire the wires were on. When it was time to take them off, he offered ZERO numbing agents. I felt every turn of the screws that were drilled in to my mouth. It was absolute torture. Something out of a horror movie. I had some concerns about some movement of my teeth from the wire anchors, he just laughed at me. I recorded the audio so he couldn't deny it. When he was done, he just left the room, and that was it. Gave me NO information, tips or care advice. I am now spending thousands of dollars trying to fix his work. I can not stand this man and wish I could go back and break his jaw. I'd love to sue him for being a terrible "doctor"!
