Dr. Nicholas J Avallone, MD

Dr. Avallone is a tremendous physician. He came highly recommended from a friend who is being treated by him. He treated my wife today for bilateral knee pain. I have been in the medical field dealing with physicians for 30 years. He is top notch. He is extremely pleasant individual; spends as much time as you need; listens to the patient; gave different options and then made a recommendation; and provided exceptional medical care. He also has a wonderful staff. My wife and I highly recommend this very caring, highly skilled physician.

Much less goes to them even if I need to ( stubborn). I would go to this Dr. For everything if I could. His sweet and trusting demeanor, his ability to actually listen and not judge me or make me feel silly regarding my natural remedies or ideas. I always follow recommendations and I hope.if you're reading this, you'll listen to mine. This guy gives me hope for the future of the.medical industry. Off the charts fantastic! One of the best doctors around , did my knee and just did my shoulder. You are not going to find a better doctor then Dr. Avallone. He will differently miss him at St. Lukes. I wish nothing but the best for him. David

I had an Achilles rupture and he did my surgery. The Achilles procedure failed and he pushed me to go to pt. He dismissed my concern that my Achilles surgery was not successful. Took me 7 years to find a doctor that was able to find the problem and fix it.

I had to have surgery to repair a tear in my right shoulder rotator cuff. He did a great job and has been very good with all my follow up appointments with him. He is very understanding that I can't go back to work because I lost so much sleep over the 7 months after the surgery and I can barely stay awake during the day. I have passed out 3 times and my job has me driving from 8 AM to after 8:30 PM and driving all day makes me very tired.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Avalone. I have been his patient for some time and he has operated on me. His manner and personality are outstanding, very friendly and easy to discuss your problems with. I had sever problems with my left leg and hip that he completely cured without surgery, he improved my right hand after it had been previously operated on by another doctor. I always enjoyed my visits with him, he's always very positive

The entire staff cared about me as a person l was treated with respect and listened to. Dr. Avalone operated with skill and I honestly was never in pain. I never should have delayed the surgery for two years!

Scary but necessary surgery for me to agree to. Dr. Avallone performed my standard shoulder replacement at Warren Hospital NJ end of Nov 2018. I didn't know him prior to Fall of 2018, but now it feels like I've known him forever! Dr. Avallone is soft spoken, kind, and when I questioned him about his surgery experience, he told me that shoulder replacement will be painful, therapy is long but the results are excellent! I would recommend (and have told everyone I know) that Dr. Avallone and Warren Hospital are absolutely so comforting, attentive and together we're the best scenario for me as I struggled through this process. If I must have my other shoulder replaced, and looks like that might happen, I will surely rely on the same route through Dr. Avallone and St. Luke's Warren! I'm so lucky to have found him and will continue to count on his expertise in the future.

Care was prompt. I was able to make an appt within 2 days. Surgeon was kind to my daughter who was quite concerned about her broken arm. He explained everything at a level she would understand. He even eased her fears by making her laugh and involving her in her care.
