Dr. Lacava is attentive and compassionate. He listens and he goes above and beyond to figure out way to both diagnose and treat his patients.

Dr LaCava is a good listener who respects parents and their concerns for their children's health. He is the type of doctor who works with parents rather than try to dictate to them, so that the health of the child is a team effort between doctor and parent. I highly recommend him.

Dr. La Cava is an excellent doctor. After seeing countless other physicians for gastric issues, Dr. La Cava healed them by carefully calibrated food sensitivity testing. By that he might well have added a decade to my life. Highly recommended.

I have a low tolerance for the loose professional ethics I have seen as both a patient and professional here in Massachusetts. Scandal, shame and ethics violations followed my treatment here until I came under the care of Dr. LaCava. I am grateful every day that I can walk and see because of his quality care. One day, when I get to heaven, Dr. LaCava and his staff will be there. They are Saints. When it comes down to treating the root cause of illness, you can thank rest assured that he will get to it as best as he can! He's the only one I trust here.

I was not happy with my first visit. I did like the rest of the staff and found them helpful and courteous. I cannot say the same about Dr Lacava. He barely made any eye contact. Did not answer my questions or concerns fully. I felt very rushed during my entire visit with him. He did not make me feel as if he cared about my health. He did order blood tests. I only have a broad idea of what they are for. Because he wouldn't answer my questions. I will see him again about the blood work and just maybe he may be able to diagnose what has been ailing me. So, far I definitely would not recommend him.

I feel So fortunate to have Dr. LaCava as my children's Dr. He is over and beyond what I consider a good Dr. I have had to wait at times but honestly he is Well worth the wait. He will Never rush you out and Really Treats the WHOLE person unlike most medically trained dr.'s. LOVE HIM and Highly recommend him for ANYONE.

Dr. LaCava deserves a lot of credit for being one of the ONLY gifted physicians I know to NOT have a giant ego to go with his enormous talent. First off, he never talks down to me. He never makes any moral judgements (STDs included); he actually figured out why I can't get rid of my STD, as opposed to the rude and incapable medical professionals who have treated me with distain and treated me like a head case. Dr. LaCava actually had me fill out a symptom checker, unlike during my hospital stay a few days before, where he reviewed my symptoms AND ran the right tests so that I don't have to look like an idiot in front of the medical community, employers and family. He's a welcome relief from what I've seen, and I WORK in the industry. He ran a test that actually saved my life. Thank you, friend, for being a healer and not a money grubber. Without Dr. LaCava, I don't think I could even continue in my profession.

When we first met with dr lacuna we noticed that he did not seem warm n fuzzy..with us atoeast was greatwith our child. We have two children now and have been with him for seven years..and I don't know what I oils do without him. There is no replacement for him. Always supportive, always respectful, always expects you to be just as concerned as he is about your health!He is not a hand holder who will just write you a script and smile..he will expectyo to fully commit to your health and wellness...I think this is where some parents don't like him..if you are not as passionate about health..if you are just looking for a doctor to write script, give your kids shots and basically out bandaids on problems instead of solving them..then this is not your guy.If you want life long health and real solutions in order to find long lasting wellness..be prepared to work as hard as dr. Lacava does to make this so.Can you tell we love him?

Dr. LaCava differs from other doctors in that he understands the complexities of the many bodily systems. His belief is that the doctor's role is to help the patient to heal, and he is THE best doctor and pediatrician I've met in my 45+ years. He's helped my entire family with allergies, lyme disease, and a myriad of other issues. Always compassionate, always helpful.
