Dr. Nicole Waltrip, MD

This was my first time at Dr.Waltrip’s. I was really pleased with her. She was so friendly and professional. Took time to talk with me and answer all my questions. I would recommend Dr. Waltrip to anyone looking for a gynecologist.

Does anyone know where Dr Waltrip went??? Of course her practice is saying she is no longer with them and they have no forwarding information. Of course, they wont give any information, because they will lose their whole practice. Dr Waltrip is wonderful and the best doctor. Everyone wants to follow her. I imagine this is an insurance issue. Why cant the practice be man enough and let us know where she is. I will not go to that practice because who can trust them, if they cant be honest and tell us will Dr Waltrip is.

Worst Doctor ever. $9,000 later and still have the same issues. Did absolutely nothing. Run away from her. Never go to her.

Dr. Waltrip could have cost me my life. She refused to give me a script for a diagnostic mammogram when I have had benign issues for years. She wasted a month. It was only because of a thorough radiologist who knew me and immediately called me back for the diagnostic mammogram that I am alive. She clearly did not review my chart before she met with me and couldn't care less that I pleaded for the diagnostic mammogram. She just wanted to get her fee. Then when she called me with the news that I indeed had breast cancer,(only because she was the last OB I had seen- joke that she would be considered "my doctor") she was as cold as stone - just told me basically to call someone who cared as I was sobbing on the phone in disbelief- and after a bilateral mastectomy have not heard anything from her. She is a poor excuse for a doctor and should not be practicing medicine. I couldn't have a lower option of her and will NEVER go back to her or anyone in her practice. I went to her because of… the same treatment with Dr. Badway. Must be the way this practice operates

7 weeks to schedule an appointment and they don't give you the time of day. She was awkward and seemed to care little about my problem with ongoing painful intercourse. Probably good for your regular check up, but not great if you really need someone who wants to help and cares about your health.

Dr. Waltrip is one of the best doctors I have been to in my entire life. She is thorough, warm, kind and sensitive to her patients. She goes the extra mile to comfort and reassure. She takes her time to listen and truly cares about her patient's physical and mental well being. I highly recommend her to any woman for gynecological care.

I had been in pain for over 8 months! I saw 2 ob/gyn prior to her, my primary doctor and a GI doctor! I keep telling everyone the pain was coming during what should have been my period time! All I have to saw this doctor knew what was going on from day one of see her! Pain free and I owe her the biggest Thank You!

I had a friend refer me to Dr. Waltrip and for a friend this was the worst referral ever. She came in and was completely disguisted she looked like she hated her job. She was so pushy telling me medication that I need to be on. I'm an adult I DON'T NEED TO BE ON ANYTHING! Asking me all kinds of stupid questions like do I work out, do I go to school, etc. Quite frankly I don't think it should matter if I work out. I go to the gym 5 days a week but she didn't seem to buy it. Definitely changing doctors, worst experience of my life.

The moment Dr. Waltrip came into the room all of the questions I wanted to ask wouldn't come out. She had an almost annoyed look on her face when I even asked about birth control options. I was her first patient of the day! I found it impossible to even try to open up to her. The exam was quick. She asked me odd questions like did I work out because I should really start. I'm a size 6. After the exam she then scolded me for writing that I was allergic to latex on my file without ever having a skin test to confirm it. She was also very pushy with trying to get me to get the Guardisil vaccine and STD testing. I declined both and she looked at me like I was an idiot. I am changing doctors.

I found Dr. Waltrip to be caring,took plenty of time to explain what was going on with me and how it can be treated. Did not find her at all awkward during exam and asked no unusual or inappropriate questions. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member. includeing my own daughter.
