Everytime I call to schedule an appt, the person on the other end does not sound like he is working from an office but rather out and about taking calls. I often hear background noise or voicemail. Not very pleased with scheduling. One time he gave me an appt but didn't ask for the name or any other details. I had to ask and provide the info.
