Dr. Santos is an excellent listener. He communicates extremely well either in person or thru My Chart. I know my health concerns are thoroughly addressed. I never leave an appointment unclear with my diagnosis or the path to solving.

I go to Dr. Santos frequently for ongoing medical issues. He is a very competent professional, insightful, and very attentive to my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Had a heart attack and was told that I had bronchitis without him doing a full examination. The ER staff and cardiologist that I had the next day stated I had all the classic symptoms of a heart attack and I could've died, but instead I was sent home by Santos and not to the ER like I should have been. Very unprofessional to not do a full check up on someone that has a family history of heart issues.

Dr. Nilo Santos is a great doctor, he is very thorough when he do health examination & medication reconciliation. He is on time with referrals & follow up promptly. He listen with my health issues.
