Spent more time in the waiting room then actually talking with Dr. Guiv. Recommended to her by another doctor for a consultation and immediately I felt dismissed and almost talked down to. She was combative and rude from the start and immediately started her timer, I felt extremely rushed and not really like a priority in the slightest. The staff is kind and location new but I was really quite shocked at her condescending tone and her aggressive nature and attitude towards me.

After I waited an hour in the waiting room I was shown into an exam room where I waited ten more minutes. When Dr. Guiv came in she was rushed and in a hurry and didn’t even give me time to answer her questions. I had barely enough time to ask any questions of my own. I felt dismissed and disrespected.

Dr Guiv was very attentive. She spent a lot of time listening, and worked with me to cone up with solutions. She really went beyond my expectations. I’m very happy with her care.

Dr Guiv is a wonderful doctor. She is a great diagnostician, she’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. Her office staff reflects that. I refer her constantly and with no hesitation to anybody that asks me. I feel as though she truly cares about me

Dr. Guiv is “WONDERFUL” as usual even though we were almost 30 minutes late. I guess since we have NEVER ever been late I’m over a dozen years, it was OK. SHE’S THE BEST OF THE VERY BEST. Thank You Dr. And NEVER chance you are wonderful as is your office staff. All the Best for the Holidays, Jan, Cathy & Reggie(our service dog).
