Dr. Martina Francesca Mutone, MD

She did not want to hear my pertinent past medical history. She did not tell me what her findings were from my physical exam, or the urine retention scan that they performed before she even saw me. I wish I would have had the courage to stop the visit and leave but I kept hoping it would get better. It did not. She came highly recommended from a trusted physician, but I will be reporting back to her about my experience. I would never recommend her to anyone based on this encounter.

Dr. Mutone was there to subdue my fears about having botox done on my bladder since it was my first time. She was very patient, compassionate and informative with me until I felt better. Even better, she did an exceptional job because the procedure was a success!! Thanks Dr. Mutone!!!

I am not rating the office or the staff...this is a place to rate the Doctor. She is amazing is a wonderful surgeon. You can trust her to do an excellent job with your diagnosis and your treatment/surgery. If I had to wait in the waiting room...I really don't remember. I remember results.

My visit with Dr. Mutone was disappointing. She acted as if she was very rushed after I waited 45 min. In the patient area. The nurse told me to get undressed from the waist down and came in a half hour later and said she didn’t need me to be undressed to get dressed. When I tried to ask questions she just kept talking.

I like her and the assistant you see in the examining room. Those in the reception area are not (and I experience many other receptionist for all the different medical specialist I have to see each year). They are rude, behave as though they are doing you a favor.

No time for office visit and unhappy personality that makes you feel bad, too.

Doctor Mutone as well as her examination assistance aer wonderful. The people who check you in (and I have been several times) are consistently rude. My other doctors and their assistants in that area are efficient and polite, unlike those in Doctor Mutone's office.

She is wonderful and I highly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mutone today, Oct. 22, 2018. She is very thorough, professional and personal. My husband and I are thankful that we found her. She is wonderful.
