Dr. Nitya Ramachandran, MD

She is unfriendly. Did not call me with results of my daughter’s lab results. Had to wait too long even though I had an appointment for my sick child. Uncaring staff.

We are so grateful that we found Dr. Ramachandran. She is a caring doctor who takes her time with each patient. You never feel rushed while in her office. She is the only pediatrician that we have found who listens carefully to concerns, approaches wellness in a holistic manner, is respectful of parent choices and is genuinely invested in the health of our children.

She never seems rushed. The few times I had questions about things she was humble and not pushy. She listened and explained things calmly. Hard to find doctors like that.

I required appointment and they never call me back, because there are no chance to get in the next three monts, I am still waitting.

We chose Dr Ramachandran because she is one of the few doctors left in MD that offer parents the right to choose not to vaccinate their children. She looks at the whole child instead of just symptoms and offers a gentler more natural approach to medicine. I appreciate her fresh perspective and that she uses the lost art of common sense. She always makes sure to answer all my questions and takes her time with appointments.

I love everyone who works at this office! I am so happy to have found someone who cares about my child, my choices as a parent and is personable. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive.

Dr.Nitya Ramachandran is always more than happy to answer my questions, and she actually welcomes any number of questions and never makes me feel like I'm asking or worrying too much! I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. She never hurries through or dismisses my opinions on issues, and is always so considerate. She is reachable at any time for emergencies and I should say that I completely trust her suggestions/instructions when my son is sick. It is a relief to know that I can count on her to always be there for me when I need her the most. My son is on the autism spectrum and standard medicines or methods don't work for him. She has been great in giving the right tips and supplements and understands him completely! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. She is a great pediatrician!!!
