Mobile Heart Specialists recognizes that we have an issue with our current phone system. It is not that they staff is not answering calls, but the phones are not ringing properly on our end. We have indentified a new phone vendor and are working deligently to resolve this issue for the patients we serve. Unfortunately, the process of getting the new phone system in place will take about 90 days. We apologize for the inconvenience. Another avenue to reach our office is through the patient portal. We are laws glad to set this up for any patient.

phone rings off hook no one answers; after holding for seven mins, I asked to leave msg for ofc mgr, and was placed on hold for another 11 minutes. then the call was ended. I am trying again and have so far been on hold for over five mins. it is 9:50 am on Tuesday.

Dr. Bedwell's personable, professional attitude allows me to feel that my appointment is worth my time and money. Necessary concerns were discussed, necessary examinations were thorough, and necessary tests were scheduled.
