Dr. Barsony: The Gold Standard in Medicine If you could design the perfect physician in a lab, the end result would look suspiciously like Dr. Barsony. Knowledgeable? Off the charts. Compassionate? Beyond words. Organized? Let’s just say if NASA ever needs help keeping rockets on schedule, they should call Dr. Barsony. What sets her apart is not only her razor-sharp diagnostic skills but the way she makes every patient feel like the most important person in the room. She has that rare ability to turn complicated medical jargon into crystal-clear explanations, so you leave her office not scratching your head, but nodding with confidence. She’s the type of doctor who seems to have a sixth sense—catching details others might miss, anticipating questions before you ask them, and remembering your history as if she’d memorized a novel written about your health journey. All of this wrapped in warmth, kindness, and a refreshing sense of calm that makes even the most stressful appointments… feel manageable. In short: Dr. Barsony is a once-in-a-generation physician. If there were a Mount Rushmore of doctors, her face would be carved into it—probably with a stethoscope in hand.

Dr Barsony has been my endocrinologist for 15 years, and feel very lucky to have such an awesome doctor. Dr Barsony gives meticulous attention to all aspects of my health. An example of this, I am an avid runner, with no history of cardiac problems, however, she strongly recommend a cardiology evaluation for my never diagnosed abnormal heart rhythm. Following Dr Barsony’s advice for a cardiac evaluation, I was diagnosed with a heart rhythm requiring a cardiac ablation . I feel so fortunate to have such a thorough endocrinologist. In addition, to meticulous care, Dr Barsony is very compassionate, caring, comfortable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Dr Barsony !! 10 stars!!!! Susan A.

I was recently diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and was freaked out. Dr. Barsony gave me the hugs, calls, and confidence to beat it! She is an amazing doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. That's the one word I'd stick with - compassionate. There are blessings even in the hardest times and Dr. Barsony is one of mine. Thank you, Dr. Barsony, for caring for me as if I was family. I can never repay you, but will always live each moment I have in honor of you (and everyone else who is fighting or fought cancer).

I had to wait over 2 hours to see her, this happens nearly every time I came in. So often I would be forced to come back because certain things (tests) couldn't be performed that late in the day, lab hours or something....., Yet, they insisted I must pay my co-pay every time I come in, even when it was to complete the appointment they made me wait hours for and hence couldn't complete. . Because they can't keep their appts?? I should have to pay? Again and again??. The front desk ladies were real jerks about it. But I still refused to pay them. Barsony also wanted to perform an operation on me instantly, which I suggested we should wait and see, thus waiting and seeing, she agreed the operation wasn't necessary after all. I wish I had a doctor I could trust. They are a bunch of bad mechanics. I also asked why I have this goiter and she simple said, I don't know, she couldn't give me a shred of information about it one way or the other. I had to learn about what it… is and why it can occur by searching the internet. That is troubling that she couldn't give me a single piece of information concerning my thyroid, just ,let's cut it out., and you'll possibly need to go on thyroid medication for the rest of your life. Even though all my blood panels came back normal.... Still looking for answers about my goiter .....not here though. She did do a good job taking the biopsy, we did that 3 seperate occasions. She did that part well. At least I can say that. Dr. Barsony is in an office of a highly respected endocronologist , not sure why he selected Barsony? He couldn't take any new patients.

Participate in Dr. Barsony's regiment is you have little understanding of Diabetes, have no personal issues in management of the disease and you want to be treated as a private in the Army. One treatment style fits all. If you want to intrude with your personal priorities or concerns, please go to another physician. That is literally the message that was delivered to me.

Excellent doctor. Dr. Barsony's office even called me with my biopsy results after me thyroid removal that was done by another doctor (surgeon).
