I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer 7 years ago. Dr. Yip was able to remove the tumor and successfully performed the resection of my colon using a minimally invasive procedure. When I was experiencing discomfort this fall and was brushed off by several other doctors, Dr. Yip met with me and discussed my symptoms at length. Precautionary tests she ordered were able to detect a rare recurrence of my cancer outside of the colon. She cares and takes time with her patients

Had an excellent first visit with Dr. Yip. She is extremely caring and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during the exam. Her office staff is also wonderful!

Dr. Yip is a brilliant and skillful doctor and surgeon. Her intelligence always comes shining through, as well as her unusually excellent interpersonal skills. A most extraordinary individual, who just happened to save my life.

Add me to the list of patients whose life she has saved. Despite regular colonoscopies (by another doctor), I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Dr. Yip took immediate charge, planned the surgery, did an excellent job - laproscopically (sp?) incidentally, and has been following up with me now for 4 years. She cares, she listens, and she is a nice person to boot. If you need this kind of surgery, find Dr. Yip!

She's the best. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She's a highly skilled surgeon. She's very thorough. I feel blessed that she was my surgeon.
