I saw Dr. Banks for about 6 months, sorry to say but he looked disinterested most of the times. He will enter the room and yawn 3-4 times and then as another reviewer described talk about music and sports and assure you there is nothing wrong or everything is wrong. I have exactly the same experience as one of the other reviewer. Most of the times I found that Dr. Banks contradicted what he said in the last visit. He would confuse big time. I would not recommend him.

 |  Nice Guy But Limited Knowledge, No Guidance  |  show details

If you are looking to discuss Pop Culture, Dr. Banks is your guy. He is hip, cool and funny. If you want actual help, well then, you'll only get a wee dose of that. He throws out options, assures you everything is "progressing" (even when other doctors tell you your symptoms mean that there is a problem), and fails to offer any sort of treatment plan. At first, I thought that was a physiatrist thing. Nope. I went to see another one who offered a plan of action rather than just saying you can do this or that or this. In addition, it takes weeks to a month to get in to see Dr. Banks. Not worth the wait. Go elsewhere, be seen more quickly and get on the road to recovery all that much quicker.
