I have been a patient of Dr. Shpak for over twenty years. Obviously, I find him to be an excellent doctor. He is well-qualified, takes time to assess what ever the problem might be, puts me at ease, and has a wonderful, caring attitude.

Dr. Shpak is very smart.. I love the fact that he will tell you what he thinks and also if he is unsure what your problem is. He is professional, not warm and fuzzy. A great Dr. to have. His staff however, Uhhh! Rude is an understatement. I don't know how the two can co-exist. The youngest staff member, however is nice and sometimes let the older ones attitude rub off a little. But other than that, I would recommend Dr. Shpak to everyone!!

Dr. Shpak is very smart and he will listen to you and try to determain what your problem is. He will not hesitate to send you elsewhere is he does not have the answer. He is great. He does not have the best bedside manner. You will not get that warm and fuzzy feeling with him, but you will get answers. His staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. Im not going to say they, I will say the newest one is not very nice. If I didnt have to deal with her, I would not put off appointments that I should be attending
