We, Keith (7-8-43)and Paralea (10-24-42) Russell both have appointments with Dr. McKee on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 10:00 and 10:30 am. In the past we have had problems getting our referrals from Dr. Gandhi's office, so I have double-checked with them and they say they have faxed them. However, we would like to verify with your office that they have been received. Your office has been closed since I began trying to do so and will not be open until the day before our appointments, so we decided to try to contact you by email. Dr. McKee is a very kind man. It never takes long to get into the office for an appointment and if there's ever a problem with a medication, all i have to do is simply call into the office and Dr. McKee will contact me personally or the staff will call in a new rx for me on that same day.

He doesn't listen. He would not cooperate with pharmacy. He gave me a Rx that I advised him I could not take. He promised me to correct the Rx over the phone then, used his staff to tell me I had to pay another $75 to come in again within the same week. He gave me a Rx that costs $585 knowing I don't have insurance as a student. I don't want anyone else to have this horrible experience in addition to a serious medical problem.

Misdiagnosed a staph infection that lasted over a year without any help or healing. Kept prescribing medicines without testing the lesions.
