I have been complaining for a while of abdominal pain and after many doctors visits and no results I was referred to him. Dr. Moldes found my problem right away. Thank you so much!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility. I have had uc for many years and been treated by many doctors all over the country and have never been treated as poorly as I have here. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are not properly trained and have no clue how to manage insurance. I do not recommend seeking any type of treatment here.

I have never encountered such unprofessional and rude medical staff. This doctor does not care about his patients health at all. I have been refused my infusions that keep me in remission from uc for 5 weeks. Each time I complete a new task they come up to earn my infusion they make up more new rules of things I must do to get my infusion. After playing this game for weeks they sent me a letter telling me to find a new doctor. Please don’t put your health at risk by going to this doctor.

I saw Dr. Moldes in 2017 colonoscopie and again in 2018 endoscopie. I was referred to Dr. Moldes by my PCF. I found the experience with Dr Moldes and his staff to be very pleasant and professional. If I had a serious medical condition I feel like I would be in good hands under his care.

Dr. Moldes gave me his full attention after I was frustrated with other physicians. After few visits and some test done he found my problem. I only wished I went to see him sooner.

Liked the doctor but his inability to follow thru and actually schedule and do a colonoscopy on me is ridiculous. I was told by him that it would be about one month before he could do it and yet it has been about 6 months!! Calmed the office n was rudely told that they are very busy and when they can they will schedule me. I paid him my co pay for nothing!!

The staff at this office has always been a bit rude, when I was a patient of Dr. Chavez, that was my only complaint. Dr. Moldes, was professional, thorough and detailed in what treatment plan and tests would be best for me. I'm glad I'm in capable hands ??

Does repeated unnecessary procedures--watch out--you will get yearly endoscopies and colonoscopies, one at a time!
