I have been a patient at this location for over 4 years. Dr. Alb is caring, compassionate, and professional. I love him! BUT to get in to see any doctor at this location involves a wait anywhere from 35 min-1.5 hours. As much as I love him and his staff, I can't take this anymore. I waited for over one hour today and finally just left. I will not go to this clinic again. I think the wait is so bad b/c they have an urgent care in the clinic and so they see people without an appointment.
