Really compassionate doctor. I've been seeing her for over 10 years now. I have Diabetes and several other medical issues and she always checks to see how my overall health is. I can email her and she will email me back with answers to my questions and concerns.

Do not go here. You are just a number. Your just another paycheck. Everything is done through a patient service. To speak to a nurse or doctor is almost impossible. Not only that but no one ever calls you back. You have to wait hours to see your dr. But if your not there 15 minutes before your appointment they push your appointment down. Don’t ever plan on speaking to a live person. Everything has to be done through the computer system they set up. Don’t worry the on call dr won’t actually call you back either. Reported to DOPR for lack of care.

The first time I saw Dr. Patel she was covering for my regular doctor. I really liked her and decided to make her my primary doctor instead. She takes her time with me and always remembers my medical history which is quite long. I appreciate her thoroughness and concern for my mind, body and spirit. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to my friends and my daughter is now seeing her as her primary doctor.

I see Dr. Patel for 3 different Auto-Immune diseases. She is an effective and caring communicator and is very knowledgeable. I recommend her to anyone seeking a primary care Dr.

If you've had a doctor that won't listen to your needs, you need to see Dr. Patel. Very straight forward with the best bed side manner. Spends the time needed for right diagnosis.
